We would like to invite and encourage all members* to attend this meeting.

These are important meetings where we will reflect on the recent season and look ahead to next season including electing club officials and setting our membership rates. I must stress that with a significant increase to our England Hockey Membership fee for 2025-26 our rates must increase so attendance at this meeting to understand that would be beneficial for all members.

The Agenda and all reports will be sent to members prior to the AGM and you are asked to review these in advance of the meeting as these will not be read through fully during the meeting. Instead we ask you to send in any questions to sec.tritonhockeyalsager@gmail.com.

If you have any items you wish to discuss under 'Any other business' please send these to sec.tritonhockeyalsager@gmail.com by 1st June 2025. Only items previously raised with the Secretary will be considered for discussion at the AGM.

The club need more volunteers to step forward as currently most of the management committee members have held office for several years and most fill multiple roles in the club. If you are interested in taking on a role but unsure about which or what is involved please contact any one of the current committee who will provide suitable advice.

All nominations for officials must be sent to sec.tritonhockeyalsager@gmail.com along with a named Proposer and Seconder from the membership by 1st June 2025. If nominating someone else for a role their wish to stand should be sought prior to the meeting and without this they will not be put forward.
